Learn how to quickly create and easily manage Sub-Accounts tied to your primary XGate account.
Sub-Accounts is a solution for larger installations needing to provide email access to crew members, staff, or passengers. This is a cheaper, simpler alternative to licensing many primary XGate accounts.
Each primary XGate account may have an unlimited number of sub accounts. However Sub-Accounts are provided as an add-on service and are charged at an additional fee per sub account.
Note: If you have yet not enabled Sub-Accounts on your primary XGate account, please reach out to us to purchase and license the needed number of sub-accounts.
How to Create New Sub/Crew Accounts:
-
Navigate to "Options > Manage Sub Accounts".
-
This will launch the Sub Account Management Window.

Note: Sub-accounts created by a primary user will have an email address in the form of "PrimaryUsername+SubAccountName@gmn-usa.com"
