What do all the different map icons mean?

The map icons reflect device locations, device status's, alarms and company locations.

Device location icons can be customised with any of the following device symbols and displayed in a range of colours.  Examples in blue are shown below:icon symbol-1

Device Location Information

Clicking on a device location icon will display a device location information pop-up which displays the coordinates for that location and a street address if it is available.

Location Icon Status Indicators

These device icons may be accompanied by a combination of the following status indicators:

Location Icon Clustering

Device location icons in close proximity to each other can be clustered after performing a Last Known Location search.

Cluster icons have a number in their centre representing the number of devices within the cluster. When a cluster icon is left clicked it will zoom the map to the bounds of the device locations contained in the cluster, and device locations that are no longer in close proximity to each other will be displayed as single device icons. If the locations within a cluster are so close together that they will still be clustered at the map's maximum zoom, a bubble with a list of devices in the cluster will open, and the map will not zoom.

The cluster can also be right clicked to open the bubble at any time.
