What web browsers can be used to access the Tracertrak Console?
Edge, Safari, Firefox and Chrome are recommended
The Tracertrak Team does its best to support the most recent versions of the most commonly used browsers. This includes Edge, Safari, Firefox and Chrome.
From time to time some browsers may experience compatibility issues with the Tracertrak Console. If this happens to you, please contact us and advise the browser, version and what you were doing in Tracertrak and we will investigate the compatibility issue.
The 2021 Q2 release is expected to introduce new functionality which will make it incompatible with Internet Explorer. To avoid access issues, Internet Explorer users are recommended to access Tracertrak by using one of the other browsers listed above or by downloading the Tracertrak Console App.
